How to Place Your Order

1. Locate the item that you wish to purchase and confirm the details with us on 0800 994 9165 or sales@recycledbusinessgifts.co.uk so that you have the full prices inclusive of origination and carriage. Please remember that all prices quoted do EXCLUDE VAT.
2. Orders will be accepted in writing or by email sent to sales@recycledbusinessgifts.co.uk. Existing customers can please their orders by phone on 0800 994 9165.
3. A sales acknowledgement will be raised and sent to you by email for you to check and amend if necessary.
4. We will request a copy of your artwork if the order is for printed stock and upon receipt, we will check this to make sure that it meets the minimum requirements for printing as to use an unsuitable piece of artwork will result in a poor print and a rejected order.
5. If you require our assistance in the preparation of your artwork or require any advice we will be more than happy to advise and help where necessary. We are able to prepare some artwork for you and this is usually completed on a free-of-charge basis. If the design requires major work I am afraid that there will be a small charge levied for this.
6. Once you are happy with both the sales order acknowledgement and the printers proof and both are approved we will instruct that your order be printed and delivered as quickly as possible.
